Friday night Jake was joking around and and did some funky karate move (where he hit himself in the head) and Hannah started laughing at him! Jake preceded to jump around and make noises like a monkey on steroids and Hannah laughed at him for about 5 minutes straight. We grabbed the video camera and were able to catch her laughing the last 2 minutes. She laughed until it hurt! It must just be me and Jake but her laugh has got to be the most precious sound in the world.

Safety Straps
So I'm thinking that we should be more vigilant about strapping Hannah into her swing....I placed her in her swing so I could grab something to eat. I was watching her the whole time in awe as she flipped over into this position from her back.

Hannah's Laugh
Friday night we had some friends over for dinner. While we were eating dessert Hannah busted out laughing! I ran and got the camera and she laughed again! Here is some fun footage of her first laugh caught on film.

3 Months Old
It is amazing how much a baby changes in just a month. The main thing Hannah discovered this month was how to use her hands. She will just lie down and stare at her hands. She pretty much grabs everything and pulls it up to her mouth: bibs, blankets, rattles, toys , daddy's fingers....she does not discriminate. We heard her laugh again for the first time in a month! It was the most beautiful sound in the world. We actually caught her laugh on camera (See the above post for the video). She is such a jabber mouth too! We enjoy having "conversations" with her. She loves to sit upright and to have help standing up. She can hold up the majority of her weight, but needs a lot of assistance when it comes to the whole balancing thing.
Hannah's Favorite Things
1. The TV: She can sit and watch that screen for hours if we were to let her.
2. Baths: She still loves bath time and just lays in the tub sighing.
3. Singing: She loves being sung to and even tries to sing along.
4. Play Gym: She has a really fun time in it and has played in it for almost an hour twice.
