4th of July in Tahoe

We had a lot of fun this 4th of July. We spent it with my family at one of my favorite vacationing spots, Lake Tahoe. Hannah and I flew down Sunday night and Jake was able to join us on Wednesday night. We did so many fun things! Some of the best parts were jet skiing, bike rides along the gorgeous Truckee River, playing croquet in the huge backyard lawn overlooking the lake, eating delicious home cooked meals as well as yummy restaurant food, barbeque's, roasting marshmallows, watching fireworks, taking leisurely walks on the pier over the lake, swimming in the pool, watching Hannah enjoy her Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle David, and playing games. We had a wonderful time and were sad to leave. Although it is great to be back home and done with traveling for a month. Now for lots and lots of pictures:

Hannah did amazingly well during the flight and drive to Tahoe. Here she is in the plane playing with her plethora of toys.

This was so adorable. During Hannah's nap I placed her doll near her. When I came back to check on her she had grabbed the dolls hand and snuggled with it.
We have fun together.
Isn't she gorgeous?
She snuggled with my bum :-)
Hannah having fun with Grandma Geri.
Hannah loves her Grandma.
This would be what my hair would look like 20 some odd years ago. Grandma Geri had fun doing Hannah's hair too.
Grandma introducing Hannah to bubbles for the first time.
They fascinated her.
The GORGEOUS view from the pier behind our condo.
Hannah enjoying the view from her stroller.
Notice the leg resting on the side of the stroller, I love that.
Enjoying the view again.
So beautiful.
The pier.
The beautiful lawn out the back door of the condo. Ours is the one on the fair left with the "Happy 4th of July" sign.
Grandpa and Hannah enjoying the view from the balcony.
Out to dinner at our favorite restaurant, appropriately named "Jake's".
Hannah having fun with her daddy and my brother Justin's family who drove up to see us for a day.
Jake being silly. Not only a great uncle, but a great dad.
Emma copying Uncle Jake's silliness.
Hannah and Uncle Justin. I love how Elissa's hand is gently placed on Hannah's tummy.
Hannah's loves watching slideshow's of her self on the computer. Elissa and Emma enjoyed it too.
Hannah in her cute festive dress courtesy of Grandma Geri.
Hannah has a thing for uncle Sam. I love how Hannah is looking at him and the way her hands are placed in her lap.
Grandma and Hannah.
Hannah LOVES uncle David. They have fun together.
She really enjoys wearing daddy's hats.
Just hanging out.

That's brave to fly with your baby all by yourself! I always get nervous when we fly with Olivia. Hannah is growing up and becoming so beautiful!!!
Yes, Tesera is my sister in law. :) You'll probably notice now that we are always together. Plus I always sit next to them in church. How would you know? We have 2 different last names!

gretchen, Your little one is so precious and beautiful! I love you and your little girl so very much! Thank you for flying to be with Dad and I as we returned to one of our traditional vacation spots for the Fourth of July celebration. We were especially excited to share this tradition with your sweet husband Jake and daughter Hannah and Justin and family. It was a great holiday! Love ya, mamas
